Help with maintaining the home environment by developing necessary skills. It covers basic house and yard work assistance for participants who own or have substantial responsibility for their home.
Assisting in engaging in various community, social, recreational, or economic activities. It can be provided in different settings, including community or center-based environments.
Help to explore the Individualised Living Options paradigm and design an option suitable for themselves.
Enables participants pay for transportation to non-support activities or supports delivered by other providers. It allows participants to travel to appointments or their workplace conveniently.
Help build resilience and capacity through positive relationships, enabling them to live fulfilling lives while managing psychosocial disabilities. Recovery coaches work closely with participants, families, carers, and other services to identify, plan, design, and coordinate NDIS supports.
